Widia disclaims all such representations and warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 9. Signature / Password Security : Passwords used for transactions on this site including shopping cart shall be deemed signatures and electronic orders received by Widia through this site shall be  deemed to be executed by the party to whom the password is assigned. Buyer waives any defence to the enforceability of any contract formed as a result of transmission of any such electronic order on the ground that it was not signed by the buyer. Buyer shall use his best efforts to prevent unauthorized transmission of his password and releases Widia from any liability arising therefrom.

Governing law and jurisdiction : All transactions, related to the use of this site shall be governed by the Indian law and in case of any dispute arising from the contents, transactions  materials of the site as well as from the use of this site, the courts in Bangalore alone shall have jurisdiction.
